Our WordPress themes are developed to work on a self-hosted WordPress site – not wordpress.com. You can download the WordPress Software from wordpress.org
All of our themes are licensed under the GNU general public license (https://www.gnu.org/licenses/gpl.html). You are free to modify our products for personal or commercial projects as you wish to fit your purposes. You can use our products on as many sites as you like as it is GPL licensed. However, you will need a valid and active license key to get support and automatic updates.
By signing up on our site as a free and premium user, you get access to our respective forums. Premium users can download their purchased product zip file from their account page. Also, by signing up you agree to get emails from us that mainly contains information like major product updates news, important information on ZakraTheme and discount coupon codes on different occasions.
If there is a problem with one of our WordPress themes or if you experience any difficulty with the download, contact us and we’ll fix the problem.
All of our themes run on the latest stable version of WordPress and are prepared to run on a clean WordPress installation. We cannot guarantee that themes will work with all third-party components, plugins or web browsers. Browser compatibility should be tested against the product demonstration on our site. Please ensure that the browsers you use will work as we can not guarantee that all of our products will work with all browsers combinations.
You may not claim intellectual or exclusive ownership to any of ZakraTheme’s WordPress Products, modified or unmodified. All products are the property of ZakraTheme.com
Generally, we are not giving any warranty for the correct functionality of our products – especially if you use third-party software (e.g. any WP Plugins) or modify the theme files. ZakraTheme.com does not make representation, warranty, or guaranty as to the reliability, timeliness, quality, suitability, truth, availability, accuracy or completeness of the website and themes.
Under no circumstances, ZakraTheme.com shall be liable for damages arising out of or in connection with the usage of this website and ZakraTheme’s WordPress Products. This includes, without limitation, direct loss, loss of business or profits, damage caused to your computer, computer software, web hoster, systems and programs and the data thereon or any other direct or indirect, consequential, special and incidental damages. Because some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties, or limitations of liability for consequential or incidental damages, these limitations may not apply to you.
If Zakra Bundle is not fit for your purpose or simply if you don’t like it, we’ll be happy to provide a full refund within 14 days of the original purchase. No Questions Asked! After 14 days, no refunds will be given. You can make a refund request via this contact page with your Zakra Bundle purchase order number and we will get back to you.
Note: Refunds are not applicable for renewals and upgrade. If you wish to cancel your subscription, you can always do so from Renewals & Billing within your Zakra Theme account page. If you do not find the cancellation option, you can always contact our support team.
Product Support is about helping you to install, configure and tweak the Zakra Bundle, and make small modifications to make it better suited to your needs.
However, it is not about making heavy customizations or creating additional features. Furthermore, we do not offer support for WordPress itself, nor do we provide support for any third-party plugins you might choose to use with the theme. You should NOT expect customization for functionality not already provided within Zakra Bundle.
Product Support is provided via Support Ticket and Chat. We do not provide any support via comments, Twitter, Facebook, phone call, Skype or any other means. This is the most efficient way to have all support questions at one place which makes it easier for us to keep track of all your questions.
We check the support platforms usually every workday (Monday through Friday), and sometimes on weekends. But please do not expect to get a reply on Saturday and Sunday. Please keep in mind that due to the time difference instant support may not be possible. We will get back to you from few minutes to 24 hours time (working days). For free version of Zakra, we will try our best to get back to you but cannot guarantee.
